We have a name! And other stuff

Mallory Grace!!
I can not wait until she gets here!! Madison is getting more and more excited as the days go by. She keeps asking where her sister is and when will she be here. lol SO cute! We decided to have her go to a sibling class for fun. She will learn how to hold a baby, what sounds to expect, smells, and will be able to go into the nursery and see a real newborn. lol She is going to LOVE it! We will also tour the hospital on the same day. As THE day gets closer I get more and more anxious and scared. I know this is totally normal but you still feel like you are the only one that gets this way. The what ifs start and your mind just spins. I have not been sleeping well at ALL this past week. :( Guess I better get used to that though, it will be a while before I get a good nights sleep again. Madison is getting better at staying in her bed, we just need to get better of walking her back to bed and telling her she has to stay in her bed. We still have SO much to do before the baby gets here, I really don't think we will get even half of it done! I am starting to be OK with not painting the nursery or Madison's new room and just doing it later. We shall see though. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

that is a beautiful name, Brandi! And you know I'm partial to her middle name. :) I love the idea of a siblings class - wish there had been something here for Olivia. It all worked out though. And try to let the worries go - you'll find the 2nd baby is soooooooo much easier and assimilates herself into the family dynamics very easily and smoothly. *muah*

I remember the closer I got, the more I decided I didn't need to get done after all, LOL. Though all the stuff I said I'd do after she was born never did get done- but you know what, I don't care, LOL. And yeah, the second child does assimilate more quickly. Life with two kids is insane- I won't sugar coat it- but there were so many things that were easier bc I'd already been there and done that.

And yes, take your friend up on her painting offer!!!!
